LundaFrack cares about your privacy. Here you can read what we collect, why we need the information, and how you can take control of your own data.

The full company name, registration number and registered address will be published here before launch.
What information we collect
- Body measurements: height, weight and shoe size – to recommend the right size.
- Contact details: name, email, phone number and delivery address.
- Booking data: chosen package, dates, sizes, add-ons and price.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address and cookies needed for the booking to work.
Why we need the information and our legal basis
- Booking, delivery, return and customer communication are processed to fulfil the agreement with you.
- Accounting and receipt records are processed to comply with requirements under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
- Any newsletters or marketing are only sent if you have given your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share information with
We only share information with the providers needed to run the service, such as our payment provider, database and web hosting provider, and, when needed, a delivery partner. We choose providers that handle data securely and maintain appropriate safeguards.
A final list of providers will be updated here before launch.
Retention period
- Booking data and measurements are deleted once the booking, return and any complaints have been concluded.
- Accounting records are kept for seven years after the end of the calendar year in which the financial year was concluded, in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
- Information provided with consent is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Cookies
Necessary cookies and local storage are used to make the booking work – for example, to remember your ongoing booking. These require no consent. In addition we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the site is used, but only if you actively accept them in our cookie banner. If you choose “Necessary only”, no analytics is activated and no analytics cookies are set. We use no third-party marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's stored data in your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, as well as to request restriction of or object to certain processing. You also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where the processing is based on it. Contact us at hej@lundafrack.se and we'll help you. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
Security
Data is transmitted encrypted and we limit access to those who need it for their work.
