Answers to the questions that usually come up when renting a tailcoat from us.
- What's included in the package?
- Tailcoat, tailcoat trousers, waistcoat (white, can be swapped for black), dress shirt, bow tie, braces, cufflinks, shirt studs, pocket square and patent leather shoes. Read more: Tailcoat dress code – what's included?
- How do I find the right size?
- Enter your height, weight and date in the form and we'll suggest a size automatically. You can also choose a size manually. Read more: How should a tailcoat fit?
- How much does it cost to rent?
- Starting price 795 SEK for Classic. Premium with pocket watch and linen pocket square costs more.
- What does the damage protection cover?
- Damage protection costs 89 SEK and lowers your liability to 200 SEK in case of damage or staining. Without damage protection, you're liable for the full repair cost.
- How do I get the tailcoat?
- We deliver the tailcoat to your address in Lund at the time you choose. Once the event is over, we pick it up again. You choose delivery and pickup times directly in the booking. We'll call or email before we're on our way.
- Can I cancel?
- Free cancellation up to and including the delivery day. Try it on at home at your own pace, and contact us before 9 pm on the day you receive the tailcoat if you'd like to change size or cancel your booking.
- What happens if the tailcoat doesn't fit?
- Try on the tailcoat as soon as you receive it. Contact us by 9 pm the same day if something doesn't fit, and we'll help you change size, subject to availability.
- How do I return the tailcoat?
- We pick up the tailcoat at your address in Lund at the time you chose in the booking. Put all the parts back in the packaging and check that everything is included.
- How far in advance should I book?
- We recommend booking as early as possible, especially ahead of balls and popular dates. It's also possible to book at short notice if the right size is still available.
- Is it only students who can rent?
- No, anyone can rent a tailcoat from us!
